Renting, hiring rates in euros T1  & T2

Renting during winter 5 €/day for electrical heating
Accommodation taxes 0.66 €/day/person. (no taxes for children younger than 13 years)
Deposit 300 € should be paid at arrival; will be returned after inventory at departure.

School holidays in France :

Winter : 04 02 07 tot 05 03 07

Spring : 08 04 07 tot 08 05 07

Summer holidays : 05 07 07 tot 03 09 07

All Saints day : 26 10 07 tot 05 11 07

Christmas : 23 12 07 tot 07 01 07

Possible options :

- Renting sheets and kitchen towels10 € per pair, dimensions bed140/190 centimetre.
- Renting bath towels 3€/person.
- Relaxation space includes the use of : dry or wet sauna (Tylarium), light therapy, relaxing music, shower.

- Charges 30€/h for relaxation space with maximal capacity for 4 persons.
- Cleaning after stay 20 €.

Additional information :

- Cleaning before departure : We request, in case you have not chosen the option "Cleaning after stay", to clean thoroughly and leave the flat as you have found it at arrival.

- The renting rate includes the consumption of electricity : 8 kWh/day, or 56 kWh/week; and 500 l of water a day : 3.5m3/week.

- Every overconsumption will be charged, after reading the meters at arrival and departure. (consumer rates used by EDF : Electricité de France)
